Meghan Trainor has sent social media into a frenzy after unveiling a striking new look in her latest Instagram photo shoot.
The 31-year-old All About That Bass singer shared a carousel of images wearing a mini skirt and t-shirt, showcasing a noticeably slimmer figure. Fans flooded the comments, calling it an “insane glow-up.”
One user even posted a side-by-side comparison, exclaiming, “Her glow-up is so insane.” The transformation sparked widespread speculation, with many attributing it to weight-loss medication. “Ozempic is a helluva drug,” one comment read, while another added, “This is called Ozempic and surgery, but she looks good!”

While Trainor has openly discussed her breast augmentation and lift, she has not addressed the rumors about Ozempic, a diabetes medication gaining popularity in Hollywood for rapid weight loss. Some fans suggested her refined look resulted from jaw surgery rather than weight loss, pointing to changes in her facial structure.
The singer has previously spoken about her cosmetic procedures, including a Botox lip flip that left her unable to smile. “I got too much Botox, and I need help. I messed up,” she admitted on her Workin’ On It podcast last December. She revealed that her face physically hurt to smile, and even her brother Ryan noticed the difference.
During the same podcast, Trainor opened up about her decision to undergo breast surgery after two pregnancies. “They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” she shared. “I lost some weight, and I have, like, saggy sacks as boobs.” Post-surgery, she feels more confident, calling the procedure life-changing.
Trainor also reflected on her lifelong body image struggles, which intensified under public scrutiny. “I’m always singing about loving myself, and it got harder with all the scars and stretch marks,” she told USA Today.
