Netflix’s latest crime drama, “Adolescence,” has taken the streaming world by storm, amassing 24.3 million views within its first four days. The U.K.-produced series, which follows a family grappling with the fallout of a young boy accused of murder, became the platform’s most-watched show for the week of March 10-16.
The only title to surpass it was “The Electric State,” a sci-fi film from the Russo brothers starring Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt, which topped Netflix’s charts with 25.2 million views.
Netflix’s Top Shows of the Week
On the TV side, “Running Point” secured second place with 6 million views in its third streaming week. “Zero Day” followed with 4.4 million views in its fourth week, while “Beauty in Black” ranked fourth, drawing 3.9 million views as its first season’s second part entered its full week of availability.
Season 7 of “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” landed in fifth place with 3.2 million views, trailed by the March 20 edition of “Raw: 2025” at 3 million views.
Paramount+’s “1883,” the “Yellowstone” prequel, debuted on Netflix and entered the chart at No. 7 with 2.9 million views. It outperformed the fifth week of “Ms. Rachel” (2.4 million views), the fourth week of “American Murder: Gabby Petito” (2.2 million views), and the third week of “Toxic Town” (1.8 million views).
