On March 7, 2025, the Special Operations Unit, with the support of the U.S. Marshals and the DEA-Galveston, carried out the warrant based on information received weeks prior regarding suspected drug-related activities, as reported in a press release from Harris County Constable Precinct 2.

The operation culminated in the apprehension of three individuals: 42-year-old Walter Lucious Jenkins, 41-year-old Xavier Kennard Womack, and 37-year-old Domonique De-Shaun Foster Jackson, all of whom were located within the premises and arrested without resistance.

During the search, law enforcement officials seized various narcotics, approximately $20,000 in cash, packaging materials associated with drug distribution, and multiple firearms. Jenkins, Womack, and Jackson have each been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Furthermore, Jenkins and Womack are facing additional charges for being felons in possession of a firearm.

Constable Jerry Garcia expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Office and DEA-Galveston, as well as his team of deputies. He affirmed his commitment to combating such illegal activities to foster a safer environment within his precinct.
