At least 10 people were detained Wednesday during a SWAT operation at a Miami meat market.
Chopper 6 captured footage of the scene at Friendly Grocery Store and Food Market, located near 67th Street and 17th Avenue, where several individuals were lined up against an armored vehicle.
Miami Police confirmed that officers were executing a warrant related to narcotics sales.
After questioning, several detainees were released.
Authorities also confiscated six gambling machines, loading them onto a pickup truck.
Shoppers told NBC6 the machines were not visible inside the store.
“That’s in a private room, so I don’t know what goes on,” one shopper said. “What goes on back there, I don’t know that.”
