PASADENA, Texas – Officers from Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit executed a search warrant at a known narcotics distribution location, resulting in several arrests and the confiscation of illegal substances and firearms.
On March 7, 2025, the Special Operations Unit, with the support of the U.S. Marshals and the DEA-Galveston, carried out the warrant based on information received weeks prior regarding suspected drug-related activities, as reported in a press release from Harris County Constable Precinct 2.
The operation culminated in the apprehension of three individuals: 42-year-old Walter Lucious Jenkins, 41-year-old Xavier Kennard Womack, and 37-year-old Domonique De-Shaun Foster Jackson, all of whom were located within the premises and arrested without resistance.
During the search, law enforcement officials seized various narcotics, approximately $20,000 in cash, packaging materials associated with drug distribution, and multiple firearms. Jenkins, Womack, and Jackson have each been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Furthermore, Jenkins and Womack are facing additional charges for being felons in possession of a firearm.
Constable Jerry Garcia expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Office and DEA-Galveston, as well as his team of deputies. He affirmed his commitment to combating such illegal activities to foster a safer environment within his precinct.
